  • Chad Greenslade is a senior technology executive and enterprise CIO-level leader with a distinguished career driving large-scale digital transformation, delivery excellence, and business-aligned technology strategy across complex, multi-enterprise environments. With more than two decades of experience spanning financial services, healthcare, distribution, professional services, and technology consulting, Chad has led multimillion-dollar portfolios encompassing ERP modernization, cloud transformation, mergers and acquisitions, enterprise collaboration, infrastructure, and application delivery. He brings deep expertise in building and scaling Project and Program Management Offices (PMOs), Centers of Excellence, and operating models that enable predictable execution while remaining adaptable to changing business priorities.

Chad is known as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, partnering closely with CEOs, COOs, CFOs, and boards to align technology investments with growth, efficiency, and risk-management objectives. His leadership style balances decisiveness with humility, fostering high-trust cultures where teams are empowered to innovate, continuously improve, and deliver at scale. He has repeatedly demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide change initiatives, including ERP integrations, post-merger technology consolidation, cloud and collaboration platform transformations, and modernization of legacy systems.

Throughout his career, Chad has held progressive leadership roles including Vice President of IT Project Management Office, IT Director, Delivery Manager, and Delivery Lead within global system integrators. He has overseen portfolios generating tens of millions of dollars in value through cost savings, revenue enablement, and operational efficiency, while maintaining a relentless focus on quality, accountability, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Chad holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Texas at Arlington, graduating magna cum laude, and maintains multiple industry certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, ITIL, PRINCE2, and Six Sigma.
